PJMJ65H15NTE is a 650V withstand voltage power MOSFET based on super junction technology. Its ultra-low on-resistance of 640mΩ can significantly reduce conduction loss, improve system efficiency and reduce heat dissipation requirements.
Relying on the three core characteristics of high voltage and low loss, high frequency switching, and strong avalanche tolerance of the SJ process, this device has become an ideal choice for high voltage scenarios such as charging pile DC-DC conversion modules and OBC (on-board charger).
